When?

Well, after 3 years in the De La Salle Canlubang, I haven't been so true to my friends.

I'm not promoting my Blogspot for the reason of I don't want to be known by my friends. The first sentence says it all.

I had a very bad experience when I was in high school. But after what happened in my high school life, I tried changing everything. From my looks, appearance, attitude and genre. My college friends have been very friendly to everyone, no argue with that. They approached me and to tell you, I'm not really a friendly type of guy, I'm just loud. I don't want to lose my friends that's why I'm not telling anyone of what is the real me. I'm afraid that if I told them the real me, they might be not very comfortable if we're all together.

When will I tell it?

That's the question that even I can't answer. Sometimes, I want to get out of the country and start over. Tell someone from my country of what experience I had and then forget them, including my friends, college/current friends. When I was in the YFC, they had a prayer where everyone was very open to each other. I want to talk, someone is whispering into my ears, I can hear him pushing me to open up to others. But, I just can't. My tears fall down and no one notice it since everyone's eyes is closed. After the session, I tried to stop my tears from falling and no one noticed it.

When? I don't know. But be my friend, and I might.

Btw, I don't have any best friend.

GOD will provide

Eng week is tomorrow, and we're running out of time decorating the Main Lobby!

4th floor and 3rd floor hallway still not ready, so does the exhibit in the main lobby. Decorations still not in places, letterings not yet finished and there's just 4 of us preparing for tomorrow.

As we decorate, we say it's not good and dull, and because of the accident, the decoration became fantastic! Coincidence? I guess not. Someone is helping us.

When we're preparing for the letterings, one of us ask if we could go with her to the bathroom. First, we thought she's scared. But we saw that she's bleeding. She accidentally cut his finger with a cutter and it was bleeding badly. So I said I'll go with her, because she's the only girl and someone should assist her.

As we're on our way to the girls bathroom, I ask her If she wants me to go inside with her, and she say yes. I told her that it'll be more painful if she washes her wound, so I told her be careful.

When she washes it, she suffers a lot of pain. so I told her to cover it with her handkerchief and she did. I told her not to sip her blood but she already did so she spit it out. A moments later, she suddenly fainted!

I was so scared because I have OCD. Everytime I see someone fainted, I will feel unconcious and uncomfortable to all people I see. I got scared because she's looking to me like a bad spirit came into her. I shout for my friends help. I don't know what to do. I'm scared of fainting people. But when my friends arrive, she's already fine.

When we continue working with the display, I feel already unconcious and uncomfortable. I'm shaking, my mind is flying, and I can't concentrate. So I suggested that we go home. We finished first the letterings background, then we go home.

I'm riding a motorcycle, making me more uncomfortable because I see a lot of people. It's a 30-45 minutes of driving. So I texted my sister if she's still at her job, but she didn't reply. So I started driving. I didn't tell it to them so that they wouldn't worry about me. First, I follow their car until we go to different direction.

I started getting scared because it's so dark, I'm all alone in the road, and it's 12mn. I can't see a thing. So, I start saying, "GOD will provide, GOD will provide..." Over and over again. Until...

A Van! Thanks, now I can follow it so I wouldn't worry about people crossing. But it was so slow. I can see cigarette smoke and ash coming out of the van. They even open the backdoor(maybe it's still open), making me very worried. Until...

I start saying again "GOD will provide, GOD will provide..." Over and over again. And another Car! A fast-driver! Thank God! So I follow the car. Finally, I can be at home in no time! But wait, the car is turning right, to the express way. But...

Good thing the road is full of lights! Woot! Thank God again! And I saw tricycle's and trucks to be followed.

I told myself, "I wish I didn't have OCD. I'm so obsessed and overreacting, for crying out loud!"

Then, National Road. I see bright lights, Straight road, but no vehicle. I'm thinking that there might be a checkpoint and I might miss it, because I have poor eyesight. Oh no! I might get caught for running from the police! Until...

I see a red light. Phew! A vehicle! I started saying "Please be a motorcycle, Please be a motorcycle..." Over and over again. "Yes!" I said loudly(literally), "A motorcycle!" Now I will know if there will be a checkpoint. And there is! I even saw a motorcycle being followed by the police car and not stopping. Because the police was so conscious to the police chase, he says that he already saw my license, so no need to show the OR/CR. Now I will be home in no time.

As I go, no vehicle again visible in the road. Until...

A motorcycle overtaken me! Wew! Now I have someone to follow! He drives so fast that I can't chase him. But the good thing is, because he's so fast, we saw a lot of vehicles. Finally! But then...

Oh no! A gang crossing! If I stop, I will be in great danger. So I overtake and ask again, "Please no more scary things, Please no more scary things..." Over and over until I arrive home.

When we get into our village, I just realize...

I FELT GOD

Now I have strong beliefs! Thanks cutter! :D

Red Skin

Well what do you know, the true color was revealed. I'm not going to drop out names here for some reasons.

You're so unreal, plastic, and a real pain in the neck! First me, then my career, and now my interest? What's next? My whole life?

You're always telling me that dancing is so unimportant and will not contribute anything to my future. But in the faces of others, you're always bragging and telling them that I'm the best and always making me do some stunts so your friends can see it.

Now you're putting all the blame on me? I broke the computer, I'm so lazy, I don't contribute to anything. Maybe next time, you can blame me for global warming and world economic problem.

You're more on words, not in action. You think you're not addicted but you're more addicted than me. You think I'm lazy, but you don't even get tired and exhausted, not unlike me, I dance to my last breath. You're not cool, you're just recognize because you're talkative. I'm popular because of my talent and my personality.

I Hate Everyone

This is the first time I felt so... Stressed...

I don't know why am I like this but I have to say that there's just too much of a backstabber today and I can't handle it. Maybe next time you will see the next image of me, I would become rude and mean.

Guess what, I don't like my career being a dancer, I don't like being an officer, and I don't like being recognize. I don't have free time. I say no but I have to say yes and I have no choice.

You will see our organization as a f*ckin' club that you can't do anything about it.

Well, guess what, I don't want to be here and I want to quit.

I will just finish what I promised being a vice president for 1 year and then quit. GOODBYE.

You know what's weird for today?

All about this box of cookies

Why?

We eat them, of course... Just the 3 of us. Me, my sister Erika, and my li'l bro Adrian. We bought this box of cookies yesterday. Imagine? Less than 2 days and it's empty? Crazy right? :p

Okay, I'm exaggerating. Don't worry, it's not yet empty. We already ate 3/4 of it. Maybe this proves that all of us are chocoholic, lol.

How?

Well, this is our schedule of eating. In the morning, my li'l bro, Adrian a.k.a. Moja, is the only one eating breakfast. My sister and I don't eat breakfast because we're still sleep at that time or we're late for our class. In the afternoon, my li'l bro always go out and buy some food then play, my sister will cook some food or she's not home, and I? Well, I'm at school. Before evening, we will do whatever we want to do while eating, lol. Lastly, at Dinner, we eat all together. If we're still awake, then we will get some food from the fridge or from the cabinet where our food is stored and eat. I do that all the time, because I can't sleep without eating anything.

But the weird thing is, I don't get fat. :p

So it begins

Now, I'm now being recognize. Thanks to Synergy. So, I stay in dance troupe. We practice for our major event "Dancelebration." We also change our name from Synergy to "Lucid." Lucid means vividly, lively, clear. We got our motto "We dance to express, not to impress" from the video being shown to us. I enjoy dancing and being in the Lucid dance troupe. Before the Dancelebration, there was an event called "Danz Dish III" and we were invited to perform in the stage. That was the first time

I dance in stage and it was spectacular! At first, I was getting nervous. But when I'm on the stage dancing, I start enjoying it and I dance like nobody is

watching, and next thing I know, our performance is over. I start saying that "I want to dance again!" So, I got excited for the Dancelebration. I've got to say, the dancelebration is the best experience in my whole life(so far).

After the event, we started choosing/appointing the next officer. I was a little bit happy because I become the P.R.O. or Public Relation Officer of the dance troupe. After the year, a lot of members graduated leaving us few members in the dance troupe. So, members have been a problem to us. A few members participating in the dance troupe, we're lacking of members to join the competition, and we have no choice but to recruit some beginners.

It was fun, even we're lacking of members. We had a lot of performance and competitions, and the next thing I know, I was recognized already all around the school. So, I keep dancing and never quit even we're having a lot of problems from the dance troupe. We didn't win the Most outstanding Organization this year, but I'm still happy that I won the Best Male Dancer of the Year. Go Lucid! :D

Btw, I became the Vice President of the Dance Troupe. Well, this is unexpected, now I have to do my best in dancing. Wish me luck this year! ^_^

How did I start?

Yay! I'm blogging again! :D It's been a year since I blog. But, why did I blog? Well, I blog for something because it was a requirement for our englone class. I got bored and stop blogging(and I failed LoL).

But why I blog again? Well, I want to share my experience of what happened to my college life.

At first, I was a silent guy. I'm trying to know everything about my school. A lot of people asking me if I want to hang out with them, but I always decline their request, instead, I want to be alone sitting on the bench. After a week, where I know everything about my school, about the people in it, of what character of "Aldrin" am I going to use and which friend am I going to pick, I start having friends afterwards. I had a lot of friends. Some I met from my algebra class, and some are my "cafeteria" friends. :p But I never had a crush to anyone and I don't know why. I guess I didn't saw the girl I like.

And I start thinking, what else can I do? How can I be recognized?

So I wait, until the event called "Recruitment Fair" started and start thinking if will I join dance troupe since I know dancing(and a little bit of breakdancing). But I'm scared to sign up alone. So, I tried to convince my friend Sean to join dance troupe. When we're about to sign up for dance troupe, a girl approach Sean and recruit him to join the Badminton Club. So, he didn't sign up anymore, making me not to sign up for it.

Then, I waited until acquaintance party just to dance. I enjoyed the acquiantance party so much that didn't notice there's someone is taking some pictures of me doing breakdance and they're all watching me dance with my friend Jerome. I did a breakdance called "The Worm" and they are amazed of what I can do. I've met a lot of friends from the party and they always want me to do some stunts. They all convince me to join the dance troupe, but I didn't.

After the party, there was an opening for the SportsFest '07. I was invited to cheer our team and I accept it. We practice our cheering with the choreographer of the dance troupe and we performed at the opening of the SportsFest '07. They said that it was just an opening and there's still a cheering competition. So we practice again and cheer again. We didn't win but we're still glad that the judges and audience love our cheer.

Because of the practice, I've met the choreographer of the dance troupe. He want me and Jerome to join the dance troupe. I just accept it and wait for the text message from them. Then, they ask us to join the dance troupe. When we're at the Mirror room, they ask us if we are ready for an audition. We were shocked because we didn't know that we need to audition. When we said that we're not ready, the choreographer, Benedict, made a step for our audition. Then after we perform it, they ask us to do some stunts. And the next thing I know, we're accepted and we can start our practice right away. We practice for Talent Quest '07 and we won the first place. That was my first performance and it was great! Go Synergy!

Virus vs. Spyware

In case you don't know virus and spyware, virus is a program in a computer that makes your computer malfunction/broken, while spyware is a program that makes too many appearing pop-up in your screen and a cause of a virus.

There are different kind of virus:

*File virus

>>>a kind of virus that infect the .exe and .com files.

*Worm virus

>>>a kind of virus that controls anything in your computer randomly without permission.

*Boot virus

>>>a kind of virus that block certain kind of program.

*Time virus

>>>a kind of virus that when it wakes up, it'll change the time randomly without peromission.

*ANSI virus

>>>a kind of virus that gives a command to a letter/number that was pressed.

*Trojan virus

>>>the most powerful virus. It is not actually virus, but it duplicates itself until you run out of memory stored in your computer.

But there are no kinds of spyware.

Virus is the most dangerous. Spyware only distract you with the use of pop-ups while virus is permanently until it was remove.

So the kind of virus to be avoid is the Trojan/Backdoor Trojan. Don't download in a "not thrusted" website without Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware.

There are too many right? Also there are good news and bad news for us. Let's discusS the good news first.

For you, what is left-handed good at? Who among of the two is the more intelligent? Maybe you'll sAy left-handed. Well, you're right! If you'll see, left-handed is artistic than right-handed. They have the better creativity skills. Because right-handed has the linear thinking mode, while the left-handed have both linear and holiStic thinking mode. Linear thinking work at the left hemisphere of our brain while the holistic thinking work at the right hemisphere of our brain. Linear thinking are composEd of language, writing, science, logic and mathematics, while holistic is composEd of art, creativity, music, genius, fantasy, perception and emotional expression.

SeemS unfair to right-handed. But no worry. Why? BecausE there are bad news for us.

Don't be surprisEd, but the left-handed people has 9 years less than the life of right-handed people. Why? BecauasE of our thinking. Right-handed only usE linear thinking mode while left-handed usEs both linear and holistic thinking mode. Still don't believe? Try Surfing! The average death of people is 75 years while the left-handed has an averange of 66 years.

Unfair? Maybe not. Be proud of being right-handed. But how about us left-handed people? Well, look at the bright side! You're Smarter than the right-handed!

And there are many things to know if the perSon iS left or right handed.

Left-handed :

*have a habit of curving their wrisT(Even I was surprisEd! And yes!).

*checkmarks going to the right(really?).

*digging hole in paper with pen tip(yEah)!

*mirror writing(^^ all the time!!!).

*very untidy and forming letters backwards so instead of going anti-clockwise to write'O'

*unable to use fountain pens as I find that due to the shape of the nib the pen "drags" into the paper.

*use white board are very hard to use when your left handed as you wipe it all off as you go along

*ETC.

The expresion "OMG, Oh My God & Oh My Gosh"

All know this expression, some always use it and few of you know the meaning of this. Are you one of the "few?" Now you will...

OMG means Oh My God... Whoever use this term should avoid it. Why? Did you remember the 2nd commandments of the Lord? Maybe you don't know... here : "Thou shall not use the name of the Lord our God in vein." You're making sins everytime you use that term...

And another one... Some people use Oh My Gosh so that they don't have sins. Well, you're wrong! Oh My Gosh is more sinful than Oh My God. Why? Gosh is a short term for "God and Shit." Even I was shocked about this.

So after reading this, I stop using the OMG. And at the last of the message, it says that spread this message to make the others avoid it. So if you use this term, try to stop.

So I start thinking "Who would spread such a bad word?" And I think(for me) that demons or the people against God did it. So don't let them poison your mind, be strong!

Sweet Sop O_o

Any idea what is "Sweet Sop?" Well, You will be shocked if you don't know! Once I read a book and there are the word "Sweet Sop." So, I tried to figure it out... When I can't think of it, I look at the dictionary but the word Sop means a solid food. And I start thinking "Why sweet? Why not telling the food by its name." Then, I give up. But one day, we went to the National Bookstore to buy some materials for our projects. I saw a "English - Tagalog translation dictionary" and I read it and search for "sop." But the meaning of it is "prutas" in tagalog. So, I look for the word "Sweet Sop."

Guess what...

ATIS!!!

I'm even surprised about what I saw! I start thinking what the english term (or word) for "atis" is and nothing comes to mind... So I start making it as a trivia to my friend. I start asking questions what the english word for atis is and until know, no one got it right...

Comparative Analysis

We are assigned to pick 3 music videos that we like most. The music videos that I choose will be seen at the bottom of the page. The 3 music videos are entitled "Rain is Coming Down," "You've Got Served" and "Freestyler." This 3 music videos has all male singer and both male and female dancers. This 3 also have the dance moves in their videos. I choose this kind of category(dancing) because I like dancing. One of my important hobby is dancing.

First, I would like to tell about the music video "Rain is Coming Down." This music video was a song of the male singer Rain. In this music video, there are pure dancing and exhibition. In the scale of 1 to 10, I'll rate it 10. Because there are some cool moves that can be gather from this music video. I like the exhibition part when Rain dance in solo. Also the beat of the song. And of course the dance steps. I rate it 10 because I found everything that is cool in the video and this song is really a great if you're making a dance steps.

The next music video that I like is the music video "You've Got Served." This music video was a song of the various artist. In this video, there are pure break dancing and exhibition. In the scale of 1 to 10, I'll rate it 7. Because it was cool but it's too crowdy. If you'll watch it, it's not like a music video. It looks like a video that was caught on tape. But it was so cool with those break dancing. They're all great dancers! Everybody has their own solo and do some break dancing. It was cool too because in this video, there are 2 teams competing who among them is the great dancer. If you'll watch this video, you'll be amaze to their dance steps because some of their dance is only professionals can do.

The next music video that I like is the music video "Freestyler." This music video was a song of Bomfunk MC's. In this video, there are pure rewinding and fast forwarding scenes and there are some dancing. In the scale of 1 to 10, I'll rate it 4. Because it has poor background and all are black and white. I picked this video because this song is great for dancing. And at the ending of the music video, all was repeated and he was returned where he started.

Why am I in school?

Why am I in school? I'm here in school to study. Studying makes you know something. And you need this learning for your future. Not only for your future job, but also in your future life too. School teaches you how to live life in an easier way and how to survive. The school helps you solve problems that we will be encountering to our life. And school is one kind of a practice to be able to survive in an easier way and helps you fulfill your goals.

Why am I studying?

Why am I studying? As I written already, studying makes you learn something. Without this learning, you will never know what you are going to do when you encountered some problems. Without learning, you will never survive and if you will survive, it'll be harder for you. And without this learning, there are no schools, if there are no school, you don't know everything.

Reasearch about the Computers

First of all... I would like to Introduce myself. I am Aldrin Elbert Bedia Parati, 16 years old, born on January 18, 1991 and I graduated at University of Perpetual Help Sytem Laguna. I am now taking the course of Bachelor in Science Electronics and Communication Engineering at De La Salle University Canlubang. I choose the category computers because it is one of my interest. Here are some definition and signification of the computer:

Computers

What is computer? Computer is machine which manipulates data according to a list of instructions which makes it an ideal example of a data processing system. The first computer that was invented resembled in the mid-20th century. although the computer concept and various machines similar to computers existed prior.

Computer contributed a lot of things in our modern world. Computer was used for e-mailing, communicating, trading, advertising, etc. It is also making our life easier. Just like in the past, we're using mails and takes time to be send to the destination. But know, computer was used for sending e-mails that is faster than mails. E-mails will be send for just a seconds, while mails takes times, or days, even months!

Today, there is better way to interact with the computer's operating system. "Microsoft Windows, or Windows for short, uses a colorful graphics interface that, among other things, eases access to the operating system."
